This year, Stoke City Football Club wanted a campaign that brought all their departments together with a fantastic festive flourish. Something strong and consistent was required, that united the breadth of their services at a key time of the year.
Using an overarching creative concept for the campaign, we developed a range of different assets. Tying them all together was a bespoke ‘festive stamp’ illustration that was a consistent visual reference across them all.
The first assets developed were for Conference & Events, aiming to promote all of the hospitality packages and Christmas parties at the Club. Strong blues and deep golds formed the colour palette here, with consistency maintained by the beautifully illustrated festive stamp.
Retail maintained a more typically Christmas and SCFC colourway of red and white. As it’s the time for giving, this strand of the campaign used a gift tag to house the ever-present festive stamp. This gave us freedom to create a number of assets that represent the opening of a much-wanted Stoke City Christmas present.
This style for retail also allowed for the push of some bumper Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers.
