Drummond Central is extremely proud to share that our ‘Never Ordinary’ campaign with bet365 has been awarded three 2023 Clio Sports Awards.
The Clios, a name recognisable by anyone in our industry, celebrate the best in advertising and marketing from around the world. The Sports Awards specifically honour the standout communications within the field that propel the industry forward.
This year, only a handful of UK agencies were recognised by the Sports Awards, and we are the only northern agency to be awarded.
Our bet365 ‘Never Ordinary’ campaign won a Silver for Film in Sports Betting, and a Bronze for Cinematography in Film Craft. Academy, the production company we worked with on the campaign, was also awarded with a Bronze for Direction in Film Craft. And lastly, we were shortlisted for Film in 61 Seconds to 5 Minutes.
Stephen Drummond, our Executive Creative Director, shared: “Everyone at Drummond Central couldn't be any more chuffed about our wins at the Clio Awards. Just one award would have done, but three is amazing. This is the first time we’ve entered for a Clio, so to win on our first outing is a real achievement for us.”

As an agency, we’re incredibly proud of our northern roots, which makes our work being celebrated on such a global scale an outstanding moment for us. The Clio Awards stand as a benchmark for marketing excellence, and to be up there amongst the big-dogs is a real honour.
Not to mention, it took Don Draper four seasons before he won his Clio Award.
