Good news and good work

Awards and accolades aren't everything, but they sure are nice – especially when they celebrate the brilliant people who make our agency.

For the third year in a row, Drummond Central is in the top 10 in Prolific North’s Top 50 Integrated Agencies List, and this year, we have moved up two spots to number six.

The list forms the benchmark ranking for the North of England’s top-performing agencies. We are one of only three Newcastle-based agencies on the list, and we’re chuffed to be flying the flag high for the north east in such good company.

But that's not all.

We are also proud to share that we have been awarded the Advanced Good Work Pledge by the North of Tyne Combined Authority.

The pledge identifies what ‘good work’ looks like, and we have met and exceeded the standards across its five key pillars: valuing and rewarding our workforce, promoting health and wellbeing, fostering effective communication and collaboration, cultivating a balanced workforce, and upholding social responsibility.

To have our internal culture, practices, and values as an agency recognised in this way is a real achievement, one that we are very happy about.

In the past year, we have produced award-winning work, welcomed new client friends, and celebrated agency milestones – including our one-year anniversary of being an employee-owned business in March.

We turn 20 this year, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of 2024 has in store for us.
