This dynamic science village and major tourist attraction in Newcastle city centre needed us to breathe new life into its digital presence and bring it bang up-to-date. Their challenge was in converting website users to paid visitors.

We created a comprehensive ticket management system covering hundreds of combinations of events, pricing configurations, waiting lists and orders to name just a few. This tied in with on-reception scanning of QR codes from customers’ phones, and made the experience so simple.
Within six months of going live, they saw a 41% increase in online revenue and 27% increase in online conversions.
