As well as being one of Britain’s most iconic castles, Alnwick Castle is one of the UK’s top 20 visitor attractions and certainly the top attraction in the North East. They needed a website redesign to fire up imaginations, and also a seamless way for customers to buy tickets.

A new e-ticketing system and integrated EPOS system created a seamless customer purchasing experience. Since the new booking journey was launched, the site has seen consistently high conversion rates throughout the season – six months after going live, they saw a 33% increase. We’re now in the process of helping Alnwick Castle develop multi-language functionality and an AR app.
