We’re on the hunt for a few stellar individuals to lead our Digital Project Management. We are looking for people who can help shape the delivery of our future projects.
From processes and quotes, to liaising with clients and monitoring progress, the right candidates will manage digital projects all the way through from the blue sky thinking stage to aftercare support, and everything in-between.
We’d expect that you will be an absolute boss at the organisational side of things and that you should have around 2+ years experience and a great track record of managing successful projects in the digital space.
We want to see how you have implemented proven processes and you’d maybe have a touch of information sciences or digital marketing experience for good measure.
We are looking for people who are special. People who are commercially minded but digitally savvy, meaning that they can work with the development team to create accurate estimates and quotes. You will need to be confident in establishing and tracking deliverables to hit agreed deadlines too.
A big part of being great at project management is the ability to balance clients’ needs and the team’s needs and above all, kick ass at communicating. Being able to articulate the plan to the team through clear briefings and produce comprehensive project initiation documents will be essential. Keeping everyone in the loop by reporting project progress through contact reports and timelines will help ensure projects are delivered to agreed deadlines, within scope and to exceptional quality.
Finally, we’d expect someone perfect for a digital project management role to excel at working collaboratively with clients from leading meetings to daily contact – by phone, email or face-to-face (when it’s safe to do so).

- Experience of Google Analytics, to review trends and goal conversion tracking
- Basic knowledge of Adobe XD and Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience of marketing tools, like MailChimp and Campaign Monitor
- Experience of Agile or Prince2 methodologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of standard, modern, SEO practices
